is a Park Model?
Park Models are recreation vehicles primarily designed as temporary
living quarters for recreation, camping or seasonal use. They
are built on a single chassis, mounted on wheels and have a gross
trailer area not exceeding 400 square feet in the set-up mode.

Sleeps: up to 8 people
Designed as a recreational home: this may function like a cottage,
but it is built as an RV so it must conform to the CSA Z-240 Standard
for RVs with a maximum area of 37.2 square meters (400 sq ft)
in the setup mode.
Designed to be towed infrequently, it is not fitted with a 12-volt
system for fixtures and appliances. Once on site in the set-up
mode it must be connected to the local utilities. Their maximum
width when being towed is 2.6 meters (102 inches), so that they
can be moved with a regular trailer licence.
Conveniences of home: these units come complete with sleeping,
dining, cooking and bathroom facilities, similar to other RVs.
